Mosquito PI was launched to provide simple, reliable mosquito and outdoor pest control for homes in Pawleys Island, Litchfield, and the surrounding coastal communities.

After talking with many neighbors in the area, I realized most people are simply looking for a program that consistently manages mosquitoes while also helping control the common outdoor pests we deal with along the coast. That idea became the foundation for Mosquito PI.

Instead of complicated contracts or confusing service plans, I focus on straightforward programs designed to reduce mosquitoes, manage outdoor pests, and help families enjoy their yards comfortably.

Along the South Carolina coast, pest pressure is constant. Our approach focuses on prevention first by targeting problems at the source rather than relying on routine, unnecessary spraying.

My goal is to build this business the right way by earning trust one customer at a time while serving the same community where my family and I live.

How long does it take to see results?
Most customers notice a reduction within the first 1 to 2 weeks. Results continue to improve as we break the mosquito lifecycle over time.

Do you eliminate mosquitoes completely?
No company can eliminate mosquitoes entirely, especially in coastal environments. Our goal is to significantly reduce populations so you can comfortably enjoy your yard.

How is your approach different from traditional spray companies?
We focus on controlling mosquitoes at the source using larval control, mosquito stations, and targeted treatments. Most companies rely primarily on repeated full-yard spraying.

Do you still spray my yard?
Yes, when needed. We use targeted botanical treatments in key areas where mosquitoes rest rather than spraying the entire property.

What are mosquito stations?
Mosquito stations attract egg-laying mosquitoes and help transfer control agents back to breeding areas. This creates ongoing control between service visits.

What is the difference between botanical and traditional treatments?
Botanical treatments are plant-based and break down more quickly, reducing long-term chemical buildup in your yard. Traditional treatments are designed to last longer and are often applied more broadly.

When used as part of a lifecycle-based program, botanical solutions can deliver effective mosquito control without relying on heavy, repeated chemical applications.

Are your treatments safe for kids and pets?
Our programs are designed to reduce unnecessary exposure by using targeted applications and avoiding blanket spraying. We recommend allowing treatments to dry before re-entering treated areas.

Are your treatments safe for bees and pollinators?
Our approach is designed to minimize risk to beneficial insects.

No treatment is completely risk-free, but our methods significantly reduce impact compared to traditional broadcast spraying.

Do you use any traditional chemicals?

These are applied in specific areas, not across the entire yard, to keep treatments effective while minimizing exposure.

Service & Scheduling

How often do you service my property?
Most mosquito services run monthly during the season, typically March through October. Year-round plans are available for full pest protection.

Do I need to be home during service?
No, as long as we have access to the yard. We will follow up after each visit with a summary of the service.

Do you offer one-time treatments?
Yes, we offer one-time treatments for events or short-term needs. Ongoing service provides the most consistent results.

What if I still have mosquitoes between visits?
If you are on a recurring plan and experience an issue, reach out and we will work with you to address it.
