Mosquito PI Station Protection Plan

A prevention-focused mosquito station reduction program designed to provide continuous population reduction around your property.

Mosquito Station Protection Plan

A prevention-focused mosquito control solution designed to reduce future mosquito populations at the source.

Our station-based system uses strategically placed mosquito control stations to attract mosquitoes and target developing larvae before they become biting adults. The stations work continuously between service visits, helping reduce mosquito populations around your property with minimal pesticide applications.

What’s Included

• 4 mosquito control stations strategically placed in discreet locations around your property

• Serviced Regularly throughout the year to inspect, refresh and maintain each station

• Continuous mosquito population reduction between service visits

• Ongoing monitoring and adjustments based on property conditions and mosquito activity

• A prevention-focused approach with minimal pesticide applications around your outdoor living areas

What to Expect

Station protection is designed to reduce future mosquito populations over time. Unlike a professionally applied mosquito treatment, stations do not provide immediate knockdown of adult mosquitoes already present or mosquitoes that fly in from surrounding properties.

Need Additional Adult Mosquito Relief?

Station Protection customers can add a Professionally Applied Mosquito Treatment at a discounted rate when needed for additional adult mosquito reduction.

Professionally Applied Mosquito Control Treatments

Fast mosquito reduction with targeted fogging of shaded areas and vegetation where mosquitoes rest.

Mosquito treatments significantly reduce adult mosquito activity, but no mosquito treatment can prevent every mosquito from entering your property. Mosquitoes are highly mobile and may travel from neighboring properties, wooded areas, wetlands and other untreated breeding sites.

Professionally Applied Mosquito Treatments

Our professionally applied mosquito treatments are designed to reduce adult mosquito activity around the areas of your property where you spend the most time outdoors.

Standard Treatment Includes:

• Treatment of the primary outdoor living areas approximately 25–30 feet around the main home or structure

• Targeted treatment of mosquito resting areas such as shrubs, vegetation, shaded areas and other appropriate harborage sites

• Professional application based on the conditions present at your property

• Premium product rotation throughout the season to support effective control and resistance management

• No long-term commitment — schedule treatments based on your needs

Larger Properties & Expanded Treatment Areas
Properties requiring treatment beyond the standard 25–30-foot treatment zone may require additional service. Expanded treatment areas are available for an additional charge.

Our Rain Policy

If significant rainfall occurs within 4 hours of your mosquito treatment, contact us. We'll evaluate the conditions and determine whether a complimentary re-service is appropriate.
